Meeting Rooms

Library cardholders can now request the use of a meeting room online!

To use the meeting rooms an application for the current calendar year must be on file before any meeting room request is approved. Online requests can be made up to 90 days in advance, with at least one week's notice.

All meeting room requests are pending until confirmed by Library staff.

If you do not have a MCMLS library card, please print a Meeting Room application and return it to Library Staff.
